个人简介
何庭伟,河北大学校聘教授,硕士生导师,河北省优青。2022年6月于南开大学优秀毕业生身份,获得理学博士学位。同年7月,以“高层次人才”引进至星空在线,星空在线(中国)从事教学与科研工作。主要从事半导体材料和钙钛矿光电器件方面的研究,围绕新一代光伏技术的材料设计、制备工艺、器件物理等方面,重点探究钙钛矿薄膜的结晶动力学机制,及其在高性能光伏器件中的物理学机理。迄今为止,在国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI学术论文40余篇, 4篇入选ESI高被引论文。近5年来,以第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications (2篇)、Advanced Materials (3篇)、Chem等高水平期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。近年,获批国家级和省部级科研项目多项。同时,被聘为eScience期刊青年编委,并担任Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials等知名期刊的审稿人。

2. 半导体光电材料与光伏器件的载流子动力学管理研究;
